Commissions and Discounts:
All rates are net; agency commissions are to be added to these rates.
Payment and Service Charges:
All ads and distribution services must be pre-paid in advance on or before the ad submission and distribution deadlines of the respective publication / route / issue.
Liability for Payment:
Publisher may hold advertiser and its agency jointly and severally liable for all sums due and payable to the publisher.
Order Errors:
Oral agreements will not be binding on the publisher. Insertion and Distribution Orders containing incorrect rates or conditions will be inserted and charged in compliance with the rates and conditions shown on the current, in-effect rate card.
Issuance and Closing Dates:
Published periodically. Space reservation dates may vary from month to month prior to publication and/or distribtion date. Earlier than normal deadlines may be required for special sections and/or special issues.
Publisher’s Approval:
All advertising must be approved in advance before publication by the publisher. Advertisers and their agencies will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the publisher from any claim and all loss, expense or liability arising out of the publication of any advertising copy.
Publisher Liability:
The liability of the publisher for any error or omission or delay for which it may be held responsible, shall in no event exceed the cost of the ad space paid for and occupied by such individual advertisement. Special section topics, distributions and routes are subject to change.
